“My name is Martha Green. I am the owner of the Arthur Fenner Outreach Center LLC. I have worked in the field of mental health and substance abuse for over 30+ years. Helping people has always been something that I love to do. Having this Outreach Center and the team of people who care about others helps people live better lives. I am a devoted wife, mother, stepmother and grandmother. I am devoted to helping others have a second chance at life. I have an Associate degree in Social Services, Bachelor in Applied Psychology and now I am working on my Master’s degree in Social Work. As I grow in the community, I want to empower others to grow with me.
Keith Poche
Keith Poche: Keith Poche is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Keith is also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. With 24 years of experience working with children and adults, including those with various mental health and addiction issues. Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in May 1994 and his Master of Social Work from California State University in December 2010. He has been trained with Triple P Level 3, Together Facing the Challenge provider and trainer, Motivational Interviewing, and is certificated in providing assessment and therapy for youth for problem sexual.
Sondra Solomon
Sondra Solomon brings a host of psychiatric experiences with nearly 40 years of experience in the mental health field. Sondra has worked with various groups, from sexually abused children, persons with substance abuse issues, and those suffering from dementia as well as the chronically mentally ill. She sees mental health as a field that benefits from the Integrated Care model and continues to add to her expertise and compassion for her clients.
